Our software will download the files automatically to your desktop once its transcribed.

c] How do I open the transcriptions I downloaded?

The transcriptions are returned in a MS Word format or any format you like. This standard file type can be opened using virtually any word processing program, including Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, etc.

d] What turnaround times do you offer?

We offer 12-24 hours turnaround time based on the client requirement.

e] What constitutes a line of transcription?

We count 65 keystrokes as a line. Special characters like Underline, bold will be counted as two characters.

f] What payment methods are available?

Payment can be made by check or bank draft. Billing is monthly.
